K Bank has partnered with its group company, telecommunications provider KT, to launch a savings product with an annual interest rate of 10% on the 2nd.
During the month of July, new K Bank customers who activate a KT mobile phone will receive a 10% annual interest rate benefit on their savings.
When subscribing to K Bank’s ‘CodeK Free Savings,’ customers can receive up to a 10% annual interest rate for 6 months. This includes the existing 6-month interest rate of 3.6% plus a special promotional preferential rate of 6.4%, totaling a maximum annual interest rate of 10%. The subscription amount can be freely chosen up to a maximum of 300,000 KRW per month.
However, only customers who purchase a KT mobile phone within the month (including SIM-only activations) and open a new K Bank account for the first time are eligible to subscribe. If both conditions are met, a preferential interest rate code will be provided within the K Bank app.
To subscribe to the special promotion, simply enter the preferential interest rate code. Customers must complete their subscription by the 31st of this month and maintain it until maturity to receive the 10% annual interest rate. If the account is terminated early, the preferential interest rate will not be paid, and the early termination interest rate will apply.
