Air Busan Launches 'Dream Campus' to Train Aviation Professionals

Practical Training in Flight Operation, Cabin Crew, General Affairs, Aircraft Maintenance, and Ground Staff Fields

Collaboration with Korea Human Resources Industry Service; Overseas Training Opportunities Provided

Air Busan (CEO Doo Sungkuk) is launching the "Dream Campus," an aviation professional training program, as part of its various educational donation activities.

On the 1st, Air Busan held an entrance ceremony for about 50 trainees participating in the Dream Campus at its headquarters located in Gangseo-gu.

Starting with the entrance ceremony, the training will be divided into two types according to the program: "General On-site Job Training" and the "Advanced Practical Training Program."

For the general program, trainees will be assigned for two months to their desired department among three fields: general affairs, cabin, or flight operations, where they will receive hands-on training and education from current professionals. The advanced program is divided into aircraft maintenance and airport ground staff, providing three months of specialized, in-depth training and practical experience.

An Air Busan representative said, "Air Busan has been running the Dream Campus for four years to help local talents interested in the aviation industry find quality jobs," and added, "We will actively support enhancing the competitiveness of local youth by generously sharing Air Busan’s know-how and expertise."

Air Busan is also contributing to strengthening the global competencies of young people by collaborating with the Korea Human Resources Industry Institute to provide two months of practical ground staff experience at Air Busan’s overseas airport branches starting July 1.
