Samil PwC Launches Global IPO Dedicated Team

As demand for overseas initial public offerings (IPOs) by domestic companies grows, Samil PwC announced on the 2nd that it has recently reorganized its overseas listing service team for domestic companies and established a dedicated team specializing in global IPOs.

The dedicated team, consisting of over 80 experts, plans to provide swift and integrated support for issues domestic companies face during the listing preparation process. Additionally, the team will offer related services to overseas-based companies that have IPO demand within Korea for their domestic business.

Meanwhile, Samil PwC has established Korea’s first Audit Support Center for U.S.-listed companies to provide systematic audit services to companies listed on the U.S. stock market. The expert group at the Audit Support Center includes professionals with experience in IPO audits for companies such as Coupang and recently Webtoon Entertainment, as well as experts dispatched from PwC U.S. who are well-versed in audits of U.S.-listed companies.
