Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh responded, saying, "South Korea is the largest investor among 146 countries investing in Vietnam, with more than 10,000 projects totaling over 87 billion dollars, and we highly appreciate the contributions of Korean companies to Vietnam's socio-economic development." He added, "The Vietnamese government will strive to simplify administrative procedures and improve regulations so that Korean companies can expand investments in advanced technology, electronics, semiconductors, infrastructure construction, renewable energy, biotechnology, and professional manpower training, enabling the trade volume between the two countries to exceed 100 billion dollars in the future."

Meanwhile, during the forum, 23 memorandums of understanding (MOUs) were signed between major companies and institutions from both countries. Nineteen Korean companies and institutions, including SK (energy and green growth), POSCO (comprehensive financial cooperation), and Hyosung (bio and R&D), participated along with 18 Vietnamese companies and local governments. Through these agreements, the two countries pledged to expand trade and investment in industries such as advanced energy, renewable energy, semiconductors, steel, and bio, and to strengthen cooperation in research and development, smart factories, AI, education, and marketing.
