Shinsegae Food has launched the premium dessert '1945 Monaka Ice Cream' in collaboration with Iseongdang, a bakery in Gunsan known as the oldest confectionery shop in Korea. The ice cream features red bean paste made using the authentic recipe of Iseongdang’s signature red bean bread and rich, creamy ice cream with over 10% milk fat content. The red bean paste inside the ice cream contains sweet and savory whole red beans, providing a chewy texture. When the frozen Monaka ice cream is heated in an air fryer for about one minute, you can enjoy a crispy and cool Monaka ice cream. The new product is available for purchase on online malls such as Gmarket, Auction, KakaoTalk Gift, and CJ OnStyle, priced at 8,900 KRW (for 3 pieces).
