On the 28th (Friday), Line Group opened the model house for ‘GTX Unjeong Station Easy The One’ and officially began the subscription schedule, attracting the attention of both actual buyers and investors. The complex is receiving favorable reviews as a ‘super block’ location that combines proximity to the station, schools, and parks, which has heightened the subscription enthusiasm.

From the first day of opening, many customers visited the model house of ‘GTX Unjeong Station Easy The One.’ Despite it being a weekday, a long queue of customers waiting to enter formed early in the morning in front of the model house, and inside, it was bustling with visitors viewing the units and receiving consultations.

A sales representative for GTX Unjeong Station Easy The One said, “Visitors are very satisfied with the excellent location, product quality, and reasonable price of the complex,” adding, “Since it is supplied in the best super block location near Unjeong Station, high interest in subscriptions is expected.”
