Purchase of Two-Story Grand Deluxe Penthouse
Son Heung-min, captain of the South Korean national football team, is reported to have purchased a unit in the ultra-luxury residence 'Eterno Apgujeong' in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. This residence is the successor to 'Eterno Cheongdam,' with prices ranging from 20 billion to 70 billion KRW.
According to a report by Maeil Business Newspaper on the 27th and industry sources, Son Heung-min recently acquired a penthouse at Eterno Apgujeong. The purchase price is said to be around 40 billion KRW. It is known that Son bought a Grand Deluxe penthouse spanning two floors.
Eterno Apgujeong is an ultra-luxury residence with a minimum price starting at 20 billion KRW. The super penthouse, which occupies three floors of Eterno Apgujeong, is priced at around 70 billion KRW.
The building is being constructed by Hyundai Engineering & Construction and is scheduled for completion in 2028. The design was led by Rafael Moneo, a world-renowned architect from Spain. Except for a few units, most have already been sold.
Eterno Apgujeong consists of one building with 29 units, ranging from six basement floors to 15 above-ground floors. The site area is 5,128㎡, approximately 1.6 times larger than the previously supplied Eterno Cheongdam.
