Composition of Commercial Facilities Tailored to Urban Lifestyle
Sweet Spot announced on the 27th that it has been selected as the exclusive leasing agency for the commercial facilities of 'Godeok I-Park Dearban,' scheduled to be completed by the end of this year in Godeok Biz Valley, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
Godeok I-Park Dearban is a large-scale complex facility with approximately 300,000㎡ of total floor area, consisting of 6 basement floors and 21 above-ground floors. It will house Seoul's first IKEA store in the area, as well as Emart, CGV, multi-sports facilities, and a kids cafe.
Sweet Spot plans to configure commercial facilities optimized for an urban lifestyle, considering the large number of office workers and young couples residing in the Biz Valley area. They are already negotiating lease contracts with brands in fashion and accessories and plan to actively attract brands that align with the latest trends.
Through this project, Sweet Spot has expanded its leasing agency business, which was mainly focused on office arcades, to include complex shopping malls. Han Daehee, Head of Retail Real Estate at Sweet Spot, said, “Our strength lies in providing customized brand leasing solutions by understanding the building’s scale, location, and customer characteristics.” He added, “We will strive to attract various tenants to Godeok I-Park Dearban so that it can become a representative complex lifestyle shopping mall in Seoul.”
