Through this agreement, Seo-gu will be responsible for maintenance and management of the issuance machine, while Sangmu Saemaeul Geumgo promised to provide the installation location, electricity, CCTV, and other related facilities, as well as establish a contact network by designating a person in charge.

The unmanned civil complaint issuance machine installed at the Sangmu Saemaeul Geumgo headquarters is available 365 days a year from 8 a.m. to midnight without holidays. It allows issuance of 121 types of documents, including resident registration certificates, national and local tax certificates, family relation certificates, and family registers, through fingerprint recognition without an ID card.

Kim Ikang, Mayor of Seo-gu, said, “I hope that the convenience of residents' civil complaints will improve through the new installation at the Sangmu Saemaeul Geumgo headquarters, where there had been continuous requests for unmanned civil complaint issuance machines from visiting customers and nearby residents.” He added, “We will continue to closely observe where residents' interests lie and strive to provide demand-centered civil administrative services.”

Meanwhile, Seo-gu received final approval from the Court Administration Office last year, and since April, it has been possible to issue real estate registration certificates at the unmanned civil complaint issuance machine in Geumho 2-dong. As a result, a total of 20 locations (district office, city hall, 365 civil service center, and 17 administrative welfare centers excluding Nongsung 2-dong) now offer real estate registration certificate issuance.
