EyesVision, Rapid Growth in Both Subscriber Numbers and Customer Satisfaction

EyesVision, a KOSDAQ-listed company, has seen its MVNO brand EyesMobile achieve significant growth each year in subscriber performance and customer satisfaction.


According to EyesMobile on the 27th, as of the end of last year, new subscribers reached 193,000 and cumulative subscribers totaled 178,000, representing growth of 302% and 134% respectively compared to 2021, continuing the smooth progress of its postpaid MVNO business.


In 2021, EyesVision began shifting from its existing offline prepaid MVNO service to an online-focused postpaid MVNO service. In the first year of this transition, 2021, it recorded 48,000 new postpaid subscribers and 76,000 cumulative subscribers.


According to the market research firm Consumer Insight’s ‘2024 First Half Mobile Communication Survey,’ EyesMobile ranked 4th in customer user satisfaction with a score of 713. This score was higher than the overall MVNO average of 702 and the top three mobile carriers’ average of 681, increasing by 20 points compared to the second half of last year, showing a significant rise in customer satisfaction.


In particular, among detailed evaluation categories, EyesMobile ranked first in ‘price’ satisfaction among all telecom companies, and also received high marks in the ‘promotion and events’ category.


An EyesVision representative stated, “Prioritizing customer satisfaction, we focused on improving basic services provided by telecom companies through ‘enhancing the convenience of online applications,’ ‘revolutionizing the activation process,’ and ‘securing the prompt response capabilities of professional consultants.’”


They added, “Various partnership products such as the ‘Lotte Cinema Partnership Plan,’ which offers movie tickets every month, and the ‘Global Roaming Plan,’ the first in the telecom industry to combine affordable plans with unlimited overseas data eSIM, are receiving positive evaluations in the market. We will continue to strengthen customer service and provide various customized services tailored to customer needs.”


Meanwhile, EyesMobile operates various channels to communicate with customers, including the telecom service community ‘Mohae,’ ‘Time Deal,’ which offers competitively priced products online, and the prize draw service ‘Ssaida Exchange,’ which customers can participate in simply by engaging with the website. Going forward, they plan to continuously expand customer-oriented services through the establishment of an AI customer center and the revamp of the website to version 2.0.
