Currently, he is working for the betterment of the community as Chairman of the Daegu Jung-gu Council of the National Unification Advisory Council and as Vice President of the Daegu Sports Association for the Disabled.
CEO Lee Hyungwon stated, "While running a successful business is important, I have always felt a sense of responsibility to take a leading role so that everyone in the community can thrive together," adding, "Since my achievements have been made possible by the support of those around me, I want to give back through sharing."
The Honor Society is a group of 'individual major donors' established by the Community Chest of Korea to encourage social leaders to address social issues and participate in sharing, thereby practicing 'noblesse oblige.' Membership is open to those who donate more than 100 million won or contribute 20 million won annually for five years.
