"1-Hour Delivery in Seoul Seodaemun Area"... Kurly's Quick Commerce 'KurlyNow' Opens

A total of about 5,000 products are available. Delivery areas include Namgajwa-dong and Bukgajwa-dong in Seodaemun-gu, Mangwon-dong, Seongsan-dong, Yeonnam-dong in Mapo-gu, and Jeungsan-dong in Eunpyeong-gu. Some areas in Seogyo-dong, Yeonhui-dong, Susaek-dong, and Sangam-dong are also covered. The service operates seven days a week, allowing orders from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. After stabilizing operations in these areas, Kurly plans to expand to other regions within Seoul and continuously increase the variety of products.

The categories are divided according to delivery service types. There are a total of 15 categories including Korean cuisine, Chinese cuisine, chicken·pizza·Western cuisine, Japanese·Asian cuisine, bakery, luxury beauty, and daily necessities. Customers can enjoy a meal with 'Lee Yeon-bok’s Mokran' Jajangmyeon located in Yeonhui-dong and dessert with a piece of cake from 'Gentz Bakery,' one of Busan’s top three bakeries.

Kurly has confirmed same-day delivery demand through pilot services such as 'Gourmet Delivery' and 'What’s for Dinner Tonight.' With the launch of Kurly Now, the strategy is to allow not only existing Kurly customers but also the 20s and 30s generations who have not used Kurly before to enjoy the competitiveness of 'Kurly Only' HMR products, a selection of beauty brands including both luxury and indie brands, and high-quality Kurly daily necessities.

To celebrate the service launch, an event is being held. First-time Kurly Now users will receive a free delivery coupon as long as they exceed the minimum order amount. Currently, the minimum order amount for Kurly Now is 15,000 KRW, and free delivery applies for purchases over 50,000 KRW. Delivery fees are 4,900 KRW for orders under 30,000 KRW, 3,900 KRW for orders between 30,000 KRW and under 40,000 KRW, and 1,900 KRW for orders between 40,000 KRW and under 50,000 KRW.

Lee Jeong-eon, Kurly’s Head of Service Innovation, said, “Kurly Now is a service that delivers carefully selected HMR, grocery, and beauty products from Kurly to customers who need products immediately, within about an hour, beyond everyday grocery shopping.” He added, “We plan to expand the service area focusing on promising regions within Seoul by the end of the year.”
