The city of Suwon in Gyeonggi Province has established the 'Suwon Saebit Care Platform,' enabling citizens to easily and conveniently apply for the Saebit Care Service, which will be available starting July 1.
On the 24th, Suwon City held a demonstration of the Suwon Saebit Care Platform in the city hall's medium conference room and introduced how to use the platform, the city announced on the 25th.
The Suwon Saebit Care Platform is an online work system composed of ▲ the Saebit Care website where citizens can apply for the Saebit Care Service ▲ the care work processing system used by responsible public officials ▲ and an app supporting on-site work processing for staff of care service providers.
Citizens can use the platform to conveniently apply for services anytime and anywhere, while responsible public officials can manage applicants, establish care plans, and handle cost accounting more quickly and efficiently.
Staff of care service providers can use the app to process on-site tasks promptly and accurately.
Kim Hyun-su, the first deputy mayor of Suwon, said, "We built the platform to be convenient for citizens, public officials, and care service providers," adding, "We will use the platform to provide care services to citizens more efficiently."
