GS Construction to Open Mapo Xi Hillstate Model House on the 28th

GS Construction announced on the 25th that it will open the model house for 'Mapo Xi Hillstate Rachels' on the 28th and officially begin sales.

This complex, located at 105-84 Gongdeok-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, is a housing reconstruction and redevelopment project in Gongdeok 1 District. It consists of 10 buildings with 4 basement floors and 13 to 22 above-ground floors, totaling 1,101 households. Among these, 463 units will be available for general sale.

Starting with special supply on the 1st of next month, first-priority subscription will be held on the 2nd, followed by second-priority subscription on the 3rd. Winners will be announced on the 10th of the same month. The official contract period will last for four days starting from the 21st, with a 10% down payment and a 60% interest-deferred payment plan for the intermediate payment. Move-in is scheduled for March 2027.

Mapo Xi Hillstate Rachels is a transit-oriented complex within walking distance of Aeogae Station on Subway Line 5. Gongdeok Station, a transfer station for Subway Lines 5 and 6, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, and Airport Railroad, is just one stop away.

Nearby amenities include Emart Mapo Branch, Lotte Mart Zeta Plex Seoul Station Branch, and Hyundai Department Store Sinchon Branch. Educational and cultural facilities such as Sinchon Severance Hospital, Gangbuk Samsung Hospital, and Son Ki-jeong Cultural Library are also close by.

Within a 300-meter straight-line distance from the complex are Seoul Soe Elementary School’s attached kindergarten and Seoul Soe Elementary School. Within 1 km, there are Gongdeok Elementary, Ahyeon Elementary, Seoul Girls’ Middle School, Ahyeon Middle School, Hwanil High School, and Baemoon High School clustered together. Nearby green spaces such as the Gyeongui Line Forest Trail and Hyochang Park are also accessible.

GS Construction designed the complex primarily facing south with open balconies to maximize natural lighting while expanding usable living space. The 114㎡ B-type units feature a separated household structure. Community facilities include a golf practice range, swimming pool, fitness center, and various exercise spaces. Additionally, a reading room, Moms Station, cafeteria, and coin laundry are provided. Notably, a sky lounge will be located on the 21st floor of Building 104.

Anyone aged 19 or older residing in the metropolitan area, with at least 12 months of subscription to a housing subscription savings account and meeting the deposit requirements for each housing type, can apply. Even those who already own a home are eligible to apply. There are no restrictions on re-winning or mandatory residence periods, and the resale restriction period is one year from the announcement date of the winners.

A GS Construction sales official stated, "Mapo Xi Hillstate Rachels is the first large-scale apartment complex with over 1,000 households in Gongdeok-dong," adding, "We will do our best to prepare products that can enhance the residential satisfaction of the residents."
