IEMT Acquires 1 Million Shares of IEMTech Plus

IMT announced on the 24th that it will acquire 1 million shares of IMTechPlus to diversify its business and create business synergies. IMTechPlus is engaged in the manufacturing and sales of electrical and electronic components and ceramic products. The acquisition amount is 13 billion KRW, accounting for 42.94% of total assets. The scheduled acquisition date is July 5.
