Seobeomseok, CEO of Lunit, to Highlight the Importance of Medical AI at the Summer Davos Forum

Medical artificial intelligence (AI) company Lunit announced on the 24th that CEO Beomseok Seo will attend the "Summer World Economic Forum (WEF·Summer Davos Forum)" held in Dalian, China from the 25th to the 27th upon invitation.

This Summer Davos Forum, themed "Next Generation Frontiers for Growth," is expected to host over 1,500 global leaders from governments, international organizations, industry, and academia. CEO Seo will participate in panel sessions addressing six major topics, including ▲ the new global economy ▲ entrepreneurship in the AI era ▲ the connection between climate, nature, and energy ▲ and frontiers for new industries.

In particular, CEO Seo will join as a panelist in the session on "Enhancing the Potential of Digital Innovation in Healthcare," emphasizing ways to utilize vast medical data, which is currently underutilized, by introducing AI and other digital solutions. He also plans to propose solutions to overcome AI-related policy and regulatory barriers concerning medical data to improve human health and welfare, and to create operational models that simultaneously generate social and business value by using diverse medical data to benefit patients and healthcare professionals.
