Daewoo E&C's 'Blanc Summit 74' model house, which opened on the 21st, attracted about 10,000 visitors over the three-day weekend.

Blanc Summit 74 garnered strong interest from buyers due to its position as the largest beneficiary complex of the future-value-rich 'Bukhang Harbor City' and as a high-end residential product featuring Daewoo E&C's 'Prugio Summit' brand.

Additionally, exceptional benefits such as a 5% down payment, full interest-free loans for 60% of the intermediate payment, and three complimentary system air conditioners have received great responses from buyers. With only a 5% down payment required and no cost burden until move-in at the end of 2028, buyer interest appears high.

A Daewoo E&C sales official stated, "Many customers are visiting as it is a 69-story super high-rise high-end apartment that will become a landmark in Dong-gu, Busan, and it is a 'Prugio Summit' brand apartment. Customer satisfaction was high due to differentiated products and community facilities, and most visitors received subscription consultations."

Blanc Summit 74 consists of three apartment buildings and one officetel building. It offers 998 apartment units ranging from 94 to 247㎡ across three buildings from basement level 5 to a maximum of 69 floors. The officetel building, with 276 units sized 84 to 118㎡, will be offered for sale later.
