Korea McDonald's announced on the 24th that it will conduct new recruitment through the 'Crew and Rider Hiring Week' until the 30th.
The hiring week will take place at company-operated stores nationwide and some franchise stores. Unlike previous rounds where only crew members for existing stores were selected, this year McDonald's will also hire 'riders' responsible for delivery.
Those wishing to join can apply through the official recruitment website. Interview dates will be separately notified to those who pass the document screening, and all interview attendees will receive a coupon for the signature menu item, the 'Big Mac.'
Selected crew members will perform store duties based on QS (Quality, Service, Hygiene) to provide customers with the highest quality and service. Additionally, under a systematic training system, they can quickly adapt to their work and improve their skills. Talented individuals who receive excellent evaluations in dual work performance, teamwork, and leadership will be given opportunities for regular full-time manager recruitment.
Riders will also be recruited at company-operated stores nationwide and some franchise stores operating McDonald's delivery service, 'McDelivery.' Anyone who meets the qualifications can apply, and those working as McDonald's riders will receive comprehensive support for safe work, including eco-friendly electric bikes and various safety protective equipment. In fact, McDonald's prioritizes rider safety by setting delivery zones and strictly emphasizing the use of protective gear, establishing a thorough safety-centered culture.
Korea McDonald's is also known for providing industry-leading welfare and benefits to store crew and riders. Representative benefits include the 'McFamily Coupon,' which offers discounts on all menu items at all times, health checkup support, and support for personal and family events. Additionally, employees have access to an exclusive 'Super Discount Mall' where they can purchase over 1,500 products such as large home appliances and daily necessities at discounted prices, as well as exclusive welfare benefits like discounts on Apple devices.
