InscoBee Launches Cloud-Based Energy Management System... "Applied to 50 Factories"

KOSPI-listed company InscoBee announced on the 20th that it has launched DynaMetry, a cloud-based energy management system in SaaS form for use in industrial complexes, and the IGW-1000 gateway capable of wired and wireless communication, and plans to apply these to over 50 factories in Seohung Industrial Complex in Gimje, Jeonbuk, and Dong Gunsan Industrial Complex.

InscoBee's DynaMetry collects equipment data, proposes energy-saving measures, manages performance indicators, and provides consultation channels through SNS, as well as applies AI technology to enable factory energy management, renewable energy management, carbon credit, and RE100 response based on data anomaly detection functions. Additionally, as a cloud-based SaaS, it reduces the cost of introducing and operating energy management systems and has the advantage of quickly building the system and starting the service.

The IGW-1000 is a gateway that delivers data from various IoT devices within a factory to the energy management system via wired or wireless connections. It uses a high-performance embedded processor and provides up to six serial ports, two Ethernet ports, and an LTE channel. Industrial protocols such as Modbus, OPC-UA, REST, and a built-in VPN solution make communication connections easy.

An InscoBee official said, “By utilizing the newly developed cloud-based energy management system and universal gateway, we expect to provide stable infrastructure construction and specialized services for energy-related projects such as carbon-neutral smart factories, smart eco-factories, smart energy platforms, energy management systems, ESG, and RE100.”
