At a press conference held on the 19th in Jung-gu, Seoul, Lee Sang-beom, CEO of H1 Tour, stated, "The Taihang Mountains have rapidly emerged as a new tourist destination in China over the past 4 to 5 years, especially among hiking enthusiasts, becoming the most visited area by Koreans. Although competition is fierce, we will actively seek to revitalize the Chinese market, which has been stagnant since COVID-19, through specialized services including lounges."

H1 Tour has established itself as a B2B specialist company focusing on corporate incentive groups, mainly through the Las Vegas SHOW GSA (general sales agent) and local MICE. With the launch of the Taihang Mountains package, the company plans to expand its activities into the B2C market targeting consumers.

Jung Doo-han, Director of H1 Tour and planner of the Taihang Mountains package, said, "Having first connected with the Taihang Mountains over a decade ago and effectively introduced it to the Korean travel market, we have a competitive product that we expect will bring high satisfaction to travelers." He emphasized, "We aim to invigorate the stagnant travel market with the Taihang Mountains package and lead the paradigm shift following COVID-19."

H1 Tour currently operates products for China (Taihang Mountains), Southeast Asia (Cambodia, Laos, Thailand), and the Las Vegas SHOW MICE in the United States. Following the launch of the Taihang Mountains package, the company plans to sequentially introduce packages such as Inner Mongolia Ordos, a Shanghai women-targeted one-day tour, and hidden gems in China including Guiyang and Anshun in the second half of this year.

Lee Sang-beom, CEO of H1 Tour, said, "We will move away from the existing corporate exhibition and incentive-centered system to create and introduce meaningful and differentiated travel products for general consumers." He added, "We will approach travelers as a travel agency that connects people, and one that they can trust and rely on."
