"Generative artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly emerging and gaining importance, and it is most commonly used to enhance productivity."

Vice President Pauleka also viewed collaboration with AI as becoming increasingly important in the future. He said, "Today, companies spend on average about 62% of their time on repetitive tasks," and explained, "Salesforce's AI solution, Einstein, automates simple repetitive tasks at a speed more than 27% faster, performing 1.2 trillion tasks every month."
He continued, "Proactively proposing necessary solutions and suggesting more efficient ways of working will make collaboration between AI and humans even more crucial going forward."
He also emphasized AI reliability and security. Vice President Pauleka stated, "By using enterprise AI, we offer customized training to maintain trust with customers and ensure data security," adding, "We utilize data that guarantees trust and security with customers and employ such models."
On this day, Salesforce Korea introduced the role of AI customer relationship management (CRM) starting with a keynote titled 'Five Methodologies for AI-Based Customer Experience Innovation.'
Son Buhan, CEO of Salesforce Korea, said, "Companies can integrate scattered customer data into the 'Einstein 1 Platform' and connect it through the Data Cloud," adding, "Now, all departments within a company will communicate using the same customer data and make scientific decisions with AI as a daily routine."
According to Salesforce, the Einstein 1 Platform can integrate data, AI, and CRM into a single metadata platform. It also supports building business environments to improve work productivity through AI technology.
CEO Son explained, "Companies struggle with disconnected data, as 72% of internal business systems are not connected," and said, "The most important aspect when building enterprise AI is to integrate the data used in business within the company so that AI can utilize it."
Meanwhile, the event was attended by 15 companies including Hyundai Motor Company, Lock&Lock, LG Electronics, Samsung Biologics, SK C&C, and 21 partner companies, sharing success stories of digital innovation.
