Opening Model Homes on the 21st with Visitor Events
Offering a Total of 1,694 Units in Exclusive 84, 99, and 170㎡ Sizes
Bando Construction will open the model house for the new premium residential brand applied mixed-use complex 'Goyang Janghang Kaibeu Yubora' on the 21st. The mixed-use complex and commercial facility ‘Sigan’ will be officially launched for sale.
Goyang Janghang Kaibeu Yubora is located at 517-11 Janghang-dong, Ilsandong-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi Province. It consists of 6 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground, with a total of 1,694 apartment units of exclusive areas 84, 99, and 170㎡, and commercial facilities (from basement level 1 to ground level 2). The number of units by housing type is △84㎡A 332 units △84㎡B 284 units △99㎡A 759 units △99㎡B 316 units △170㎡ 3 units, mainly composed of medium to large-sized units.
The apartment subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 1st of next month, followed by first priority on the 2nd and second priority on the 3rd. The announcement of winners will be on July 9, and the official contract period will be held for four days from July 22 to 25. Move-in is scheduled for July 2028.
'Goyang Janghang Kaibeu Yubora' is Bando Construction’s premium landmark large complex featuring practical floor plans that highlight space efficiency, a prime community facility called ‘ANNEX CLUB,’ and social specialized facilities.
The membership-type prime community ANNEX CLUB includes health-specialized facilities such as a multipurpose indoor gymnasium with a unique design where an indoor sports court (lower floor) is surrounded by a running track (upper floor). Social specialized facilities such as a lounge, cooking studio, and party room are also provided. The exterior of the complex features three-dimensional facade patterns, curtain wall look, and stone finishes on the lower floors, while the landscaping applies specialized designs such as a central forest in the complex and Wood way.
The concepts and structures are differentiated by type. The 84㎡A type features a ‘Natural Modern Concept’ characterized by an overall bright ivory tone, accent walls in the kitchen, and a spacious dressing room with ventilation. The 99㎡A type adopts a ‘Contemporary Modern Concept’ using ivory color with dark wood-tone furniture and wooden window frames as accent colors. Large windows are arranged from the kitchen to the living room, allowing residents to enjoy the view from a separate dining room.
This complex is the only one in the Goyang Janghang district that enjoys Ilsan Lake Park as its front yard. Residents can have a panoramic view of the lake park and enjoy relaxation along the Metasequoia Road and walking trails created along the park. It boasts excellent transportation access with proximity to Madu Station on Line 3, the 1st and 2nd Jayuro Expressways, and Janghang IC. Nearby, there are planned sites for kindergartens as well as elementary, middle, and high schools.
There are also development benefits. The GTX-A line section from Unjeong to Seoul Station is scheduled for priority opening at the end of this year, with the entire section expected to open in 2028 when Goyang Janghang Yubora is completed. The Goyang Broadcasting and Video Valley development project is progressing smoothly. The Ilsan Techno Valley adjacent to the complex broke ground in October last year and is being promoted as a bio-medical specialized techno valley, which is expected to increase the area's value.
The commercial facility ‘Sigan (時間)’ within the Goyang Janghang Kaibeu Yubora complex will also be introduced. It is Bando Construction’s third brand commercial facility that captures the beauty of Korea, located right in front of Ilsan Lake Park. It caters to the fixed demand of Goyang Janghang Kaibeu Yubora residents as well as the abundant demand from residential complexes in the Janghang district, which total about 11,000 households. Leveraging its location, it plans to create a gateway commercial district harmonized with natural scenery through neighborhood parks and Wood way.
Bando Construction plans to add various financial benefits along with an in-house mall (planned) that enhances attraction with kid content, large bookstores, select dining, SSM, and car detailing shops. These include master lease (5-year guaranteed income plan), ‘Safe Rent Support Program’ (planned), and contract deposit 5% annual interest support system (planned).
A Bando Construction official said, “As the first complex to apply the premium residential brand ‘Kaibeu Yubora,’ it is expected to attract strong interest from demanders as a landmark complex in the Janghang district with differentiated design.” He added, “The brand mall ‘Sigan’ also has explosive demand, a highly scarce location, and a strong brand, so early sell-out is expected.”
To commemorate the opening of the Goyang Janghang Kaibeu Yubora model house, Bando Construction will hold various events. From the 21st to the 23rd, the first 300 visitors to the model house will receive gifts on a first-come, first-served basis, and twice-daily lottery events will be held. Prizes include premium home appliances such as TVs, refrigerators, wireless vacuum cleaners, as well as smart devices like smartphones and watches. For the first 10 days after opening, food trucks, flea markets, and kids’ playgrounds will also be operated for visitors.
