The Chungnam Province introduced summer flower spots that bloom brightly despite the heat.
According to the province on the 15th, the 3rd Flower Festival will be held until the 16th at the Yugu Saekdong Hydrangea Garden in Gongju. A concert with poetry and music featuring poet Na Tae-ju will also be held under the theme "Yugu Garden, the Joy of Everyday Life."
At Taean Farm Camille, a hydrangea season package will be sold from the 17th to July 31st. The package includes admission and herbal tea. Farm Camille is the largest herb tourist farm in Korea, covering 12,000 pyeong, where visitors can see over 60 species of hydrangeas.
At Dangjin Samseonsan Arboretum, visitors can walk along a hydrangea path filled with white hydrangeas. Along with hydrangeas, various summer flowers such as bellflowers and trumpet creepers can be seen.
Convenience facilities such as a forest children's playground, picnic area, and summer water play facilities are also available, making it popular among family visitors.
At Cheongyang Goun Botanical Garden, a roller slide is installed at a pavilion located 265 meters above sea level, allowing visitors to slide down 230 meters, providing fun along with a variety of flowers.
