Incheon City and Google Establish Partnership to Co-Host 'YouTube FanFest Korea'

Held at Incheon Paradise City on the 29th-30th of this month

Incheon City announced on the 14th that it has established a partnership with Google for joint marketing cooperation on the global event 'YouTube FanFest Korea 2024.'

Mayor Yoo Jeong-bok of Incheon and Kim Kyung-hoon, President of Google Korea, held a partnership signing ceremony at Incheon City Hall the previous day to co-host the event.

'YouTube FanFest Korea,' held in Korea for the first time in six years, will take place from the 29th to 30th at the Paradise City Plaza and the outdoor red carpet in Incheon, with about 10,000 attendees under the theme "A Fun Show with Your Favorite Creators."

Mayor Yoo said, "Building a partnership with a global company will be a golden opportunity to promote Incheon's charm to the world," adding, "Since this is a chance to meet various creator teams that fans usually only see through videos, we hope for a lot of interest from fans."

The 'YouTube FanFest Korea' event will feature 13 creator teams meeting the audience on-site, including the romance and comedy content creators Enjoy Couple, Team Illusion's Noh Seong-yul, Fitvely, Vitamin Shin Jini, and JJ Salon de Fit. Additionally, 15 creator teams such as singer-songwriter Jay Park, Yell Unnie, Chimchakman, Jamtteul, and Nerdult will participate through video content.

Moreover, Korea's representative K-POP girl group STAYC, and creator artists known as QWER and Raon will perform on stage.
