"Ensuring Families of National Merit Recipients Do Not Lose Courage"
The Gwangju Regional Employment and Labor Office (Director Lee Seong-ryong) conducted a visit to honor Korean War veterans on the 14th in commemoration of the Month of Patriots and Veterans.
Director Lee Seong-ryong personally visited the home of a Korean War veteran in Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, delivering consolation gifts and expressing gratitude for the noble achievements and sacrifices of the national merit recipients.
Director Lee said, "It was a meaningful time, and moving forward, we will maintain continuous interest to ensure that national merit recipients and their families do not lose courage."
Meanwhile, the Gwangju Regional Employment and Labor Office is actively participating in an event themed "Living Veterans in Daily Life, Veterans for All," organized by the Gwangju Regional Veterans Office, along with eight government ministries in the Gwangju area, throughout the month of June in observance of the Month of Patriots and Veterans.
