This agreement brought together five institutions: ▲ Dongmyeong Hospital (Director Jeong Chan-young) ▲ Nobel Nursing Hospital (Director Seon Hong-ju) ▲ Gwangju Dong-gu Regional Self-Support Center (Center Director Lee Su-jeong) ▲ Happy Senior Care Co., Ltd. (CEO Kang Ki-dong) ▲ Jipsuri Community (CEO Eom Yong-seok).

The home medical care project, which the Ministry of Health and Welfare launched as a pilot project in 2019, will be implemented nationwide starting this year. It aims to provide integrated customized services (medical care, caregiving, meals, transportation, etc.) at home for medical benefit recipients who are long-term inpatients but eligible for outpatient treatment.

Through this agreement, Dong-gu plans to establish a mutual linkage and cooperation system among institutions for managing home medical care project recipients, providing various services to help beneficiaries settle healthily in the local community.

Im Taek, Mayor of Dong-gu, said, "We will provide integrated medical and caregiving services together with the five partner medical institutions and service providers who signed this agreement," adding, "We will actively support the independent and stable home life of neighbors who are discharged after long-term hospitalization."
