Icheon Zai The Reve, Priority Contract by Dongho Designation on the 13th

GS Construction announced that it will proceed with first-come, first-served contracts for the remaining units of Icheon Xi The Rev. Contracts will begin at 10 a.m. on the 13th (Thursday), and unit-specific contracts will be conducted only for those who have entered the model house. After selecting a unit, immediate payment and contract completion are required.


Anyone aged 19 or older can participate regardless of whether they have a subscription savings account, own a home, or are subject to re-winning restrictions. Required documents include the first deposit of 20 million KRW (immediate bank transfer), resident registration certificate, seal certificate (issued to the individual), seal stamp, and ID card. Detailed information can be confirmed through the website and the sales representative number.


A sales official stated, “Both Xi brand apartments supplied in Icheon have been verified to the extent that they were traded with premiums attached, and since this complex is priced as the cheapest among those currently being sold in Icheon, inquiries have continued steadily even after subscription. Recently, prices have been rising continuously, and as the real estate market atmosphere is gradually recovering, we expect the remaining units to be sold out quickly.”


In fact, all Xi brand apartments supplied in Icheon are being traded with premiums attached. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s apartment transaction price data, last month, the second Xi brand in Icheon, ‘Icheon Xi The Riche,’ saw its 84㎡ A-type unit resold at 606 million KRW (17th floor), several tens of millions higher than the original sale price, and the 101㎡ unit was contracted at 711.81 million KRW (15th floor), also higher than the sale price in the same month.


At the time of sale, Icheon Xi The Riche completed 100% contracts in less than a month despite the sluggish metropolitan area sales market, raising expectations for premiums.


Also, the first Xi brand in Icheon, ‘Icheon Xi The Park,’ saw its 84㎡ B-type unit traded at 543.05 million KRW (18th floor) in January, with a premium of about 60 million KRW over the sale price.


The Icheon Xi The Rev, which will proceed with first-come, first-served contracts this time, consists of 7 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 25 floors above ground, with a total of 635 households ranging from 84 to 185㎡ in exclusive area. The number of units by exclusive area is ▲84㎡ A 327 units ▲84㎡ B 124 units ▲84㎡ C 94 units ▲117㎡ 88 units ▲185㎡ P 2 units, mainly medium to large sizes.


Above all, despite the rapid rise in apartment prices in the Icheon market, it has been priced competitively. For the 84㎡ units, the sale price ranges from 502 million KRW to 558 million KRW, making it the cheapest among apartments currently being sold in Icheon. It is up to 150 million KRW more competitive than large construction company brand apartments sold in Icheon this year. Additionally, with the implementation of the safe resale guarantee system, resale is possible before the first interim payment, reducing the burden on buyers.


The location conditions are also excellent. About 300 meters from the complex are Songjeong Elementary School (planned expansion) and Songjeong Middle School, providing an excellent educational environment and safe commuting for children. A park of about 12,000㎡ (approximately 1.5 times the size of a soccer field) is planned to be developed immediately north of the complex, allowing residents to enjoy a park-front lifestyle.


The complex also offers differentiated features. It is designed with a south-facing central layout and cross-ventilation with slab-type units for all households. High-end finishes such as large European porcelain tiles on the living room art wall and kitchen walls, engineered stone kitchen countertops, built-in wardrobes in three bedrooms, and a counter washbasin in the master bathroom are provided as standard, adding luxury.


Furthermore, the community facility, Club Xi, includes a golf practice range with GDR (Golf Driving Range), fitness center, GX room, sauna with baths, and cafeteria, enhancing convenience for residents. Childcare and educational facilities such as a guest house (2 rooms), a community care center, a small library (Kyobo Bookstore curation), and a study room will also be established.


Notably, there is ample parking space with about 1.6 or more parking spots per household, and over 55% of the total parking spaces are expanded type (2.6 x 5.2 m) for convenient parking. Individual storage rooms are provided for each household, allowing easy storage of seasonal items or bulky household goods.


The model house is located in Jeungil-dong, Icheon City, and move-in is scheduled for April 2027.
