KB Kookmin Bank has launched the 'KB Kookmin Certificate (Corporate)', expanding its service scope to include both individual business owners and corporate business owners.
According to KB Kookmin Bank on the 12th, the service was implemented to allow individual business owners and corporate business owners to apply for and receive the KB Kookmin Certificate (Corporate) by verifying the name of the corporate representative, making it the first in the financial sector to do so.
Users can conveniently obtain the certificate non-face-to-face via mobile app, web, or PC without the need to submit complicated supporting documents such as the Business Registration Certificate or the Certificate of All Corporate Registration Details directly at branch counters.
Additionally, KB Kookmin Bank has designated and set permissions for each task instead of sharing certificates by duplication. This prevents password sharing among employees, thereby reducing the risk of incidents.
The validity period of the KB Kookmin Certificate (Corporate) is three years. It can be used without installing security programs, and the issuance fee of up to 110,000 KRW will be waived for two years from the implementation date.
A KB Kookmin Bank official stated, "We will expand the public and private usage areas so that corporate customers can use it for various necessary tasks."
