ESTsoft announced on the 11th that it will conduct a recruitment-linked internship group recruitment for K-Digital Training (KDT) graduates and general applicants to discover IT talent and provide job experience opportunities for job seekers.
This open recruitment aims to broaden the base of IT talent development. It provides employment opportunities to talents who have built capabilities through the K-Digital Training education program and supports the general public interested in IT jobs to gain related job experience. K-Digital Training is a government-funded IT talent development program implemented by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. ESTsoft is currently running five education courses to nurture outstanding IT talent.
The recruitment fields correspond to major IT company roles: ▲Backend Development ▲AI Model Development ▲Service Planning. The companies participating in this open recruitment are the AI service specialist company ‘ESTsoft’ and its affiliates, the security company ‘ESTsecurity’ and the portal company ‘ESTaid’, totaling three group companies.
Applications are open to anyone who wants to gain experience in the relevant job fields without restrictions on academic background, age, major, or gender. Graduates of ESTsoft’s K-Digital Training courses are given preference. Applicants must have no disqualifications for overseas travel or business trips and must be able to work normally after hiring. Applications can be submitted on ESTsoft’s dedicated recruitment website until midnight on the 16th.
The finally selected interns will be assigned to one of the three companies: ESTsoft, ESTsecurity, or ESTaid. They will participate in the internship program for six months from July to January next year. During the internship period, various benefits such as welfare points, equipment support funds, and book purchase expenses will be provided. Based on job competency and growth potential, evaluations will be conducted to offer opportunities for full-time employment conversion.
An ESTsoft official said, "While providing quality educational opportunities is good for discovering talented individuals, ultimately, gaining practical knowledge suited to the corporate environment is most important, which is why we decided to conduct this open recruitment."
