The Favorite Apartment Complex Chosen by KB Real Estate Users is 'Songpa Helio City'

According to KB Real Estate users, the favorite apartment complex is Helio City in Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul.

KB Kookmin Bank's real estate information platform KB Real Estate announced on the 10th the ranking of favorite apartment complexes chosen by customers by analyzing registration data from the customized real estate management service 'Uri Jip' (Our Home).

KB Real Estate's Uri Jip service allows users to register information such as the address, housing type, contract date, sale price, and deposit of their current residence, planned move, or future desired home. Users can then check KB market prices, actual transaction prices and registration changes, listings, contract expiration dates, expected taxes, and receive notifications when changes occur.

The favorite apartment complex ranking announced by KB Real Estate was selected from the top 20 apartment complexes nationwide with the highest number of Uri Jip registrations by customers over the past year since the end of May last year. During this period, the cumulative number of Uri Jip registrations totaled 420,652. By region, registrations were concentrated in apartments located in the metropolitan area and major cities: Gyeonggi (38,005), Seoul (26,527), Incheon (10,240), Busan (4,323), Daejeon (1,838), Daegu (1,329), and Sejong (1,319).

Analysis by complex showed that Helio City in Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul (9,510 households) ranked first. Following were Godeok Gracium in Godeok-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul (4,932 households), Parkrio in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul (6,864 households), Olympic Park Foretune in Dunchon-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul (12,032 households), and Maegyo Station Prugio SK View in Maegyo-dong, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi (3,603 households).

Next were Jamsil Els in Jamsil-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul (5,678 households), Resentz in Jamsil-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul (5,563 households), The H Firstier I-Park in Gaepo-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (6,702 households), Mapo Raemian Prugio in Ahyeon-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul (3,885 households), and e-Pyeonhan Sesang Bupyeong Granghills in Cheongcheon-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon (5,050 households), which had many Uri Jip service registrations.

Most of the top-ranked apartments are either the largest landmark complexes in their respective areas or newly built apartments within four years of occupancy. Some complexes recently conducted non-ranking subscription applications or attracted attention due to reconstruction or transportation benefits. A KB Real Estate official explained, "As these are the flagship complexes representing their regions, they have many actual residents and many customers who want to quickly know changes in KB market prices, actual transaction prices, and listings."
