Philip Morris Korea and BAT Rothmans, among other e-cigarette companies, are launching new products targeting the summer season.
Philip Morris Korea announced on the 10th that it will release 'Terea Starling Pearl,' a new product in the exclusive tobacco stick line 'Terea' for the IQOS Iluma series of heated tobacco devices.

Terea Starling Pearl is characterized by its rich original tobacco flavor, which transforms into a fragrant and refreshing taste when the capsule is burst. It will be available for purchase at IQOS official stores and convenience stores nationwide starting from the 13th.
The Terea tobacco blend lineup will expand to a total of six types: ▲Terea Silver ▲Terea Amber ▲Terea Russet ▲Terea Teak ▲Terea Arbor Pearl ▲Terea Starling Pearl. The Terea range will grow to a total of 17 types, including 7 special blend products and 4 fresh blend products.
BAT Rothmans' liquid e-cigarette brand 'Vuse' also launched the second-generation Vuse Go. It introduces two new flavors not available in the first generation: 'Rainbow Mix' and 'Violet Spark.' Both products feature sweetness that suits the summer season.
The second-generation Vuse Go adopts an ergonomically designed slim, streamlined liquid mouthpiece that enhances the contact between the lips and the device, providing a comfortable user experience. The transparent design of the mouthpiece allows easy checking of the remaining liquid.
The ceramic heating technology has also been improved, and an on/off switch, which was not present in previous products, has been added. The on/off switch located at the bottom of the device serves as a safety feature to control device usage. The company explained that setting it to lock can prevent various safety accidents such as liquid leakage or unintended device operation.
The new products are available for purchase at convenience stores and vapor shops nationwide.
