Hyundai Construction "Hillstate Gumo The First General Sale Contract Completed"

Hyundai Construction announced on the 9th that all 408 units of the general sale at 'Hillstate Geumo The First,' located in Geumo-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do, were fully contracted as of the 3rd.

Hillstate Geumo The First consists of 11 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 32 above-ground floors, with a total of 832 units sized between 36 and 84㎡, of which 408 units were offered for general sale. The general sale units are composed by exclusive area as follows: △36㎡ 68 units △59㎡A 126 units △59㎡B 17 units △59㎡C 117 units △75㎡ 24 units △84㎡ 56 units.

A Hyundai Construction official stated, "This complex is mainly composed of medium- and small-sized floor plans preferred by buyers, and the reasonable sale prices compared to other complexes attracted buyers' interest."

A sales representative said, "Hillstate Geumo The First is located near the Gyeonggi Northern Regional Administrative Town, providing abundant residential demand and convenient access to surrounding living infrastructure, as well as expected benefits from various transportation and development projects planned in Uijeongbu."

They added, "In particular, the reasonable sale prices compared to other complexes and the fact that it is a 'Hillstate' brand complex by Hyundai Construction, a leading domestic construction company, seem to have resulted in the 100% sell-out."
