Sweeping 11 Awards Including the President's Award of the Jeongchong Federation
Sungshin Women's University announced on the 8th that graduate and undergraduate research teams received the most awards at the academic conference ‘ASK 2024 (Annual Symposium of Korean Information Processed Society).’

A total of 318 papers were submitted from domestic and international universities and graduate schools for this academic conference. ‘ASK 2024’ was established to promote the development and research in the fields of information science and technology both domestically and internationally, and currently has about 20,000 members.
Eleven research teams affiliated with the Department of Convergence Security Engineering, Department of Future Convergence Technology Engineering, and Department of AI Convergence at Sungshin Women's University received awards including the President Award of the Korea Federation of Information Technology Societies, the President Award of the Korea Internet & Security Agency, the Excellent Paper Award, the Gold Prize in the Undergraduate Paper Competition, and the Encouragement Award in the Undergraduate Paper Competition.
Researcher Lee Seon-jin, who received the President Award of the Korea Federation of Information Technology Societies, said, “I was able to receive this award thanks to Professor Lee Il-gu, who provided great help throughout the research process,” and added, “I will continue to strive to achieve excellent results through various research activities.”
