Pohang City held a talk concert at the Culture and Arts Center on the 5th for its employees to foster an organizational culture of integrity.

On the 5th, Pohang City held a talk concert aimed at creating an honest organizational culture for its employees at the Pohang Culture and Arts Center.

This event, conducted in a talk show format, featured Mayor Lee Kangdeok as a panelist, who directly participated to engage in communication and empathy with the staff.

Mayor Lee freely discussed with employees on trending topics such as 'responding to malicious civil complaints, work-life balance, and abuse of power,' all under the theme of 'integrity,' which is considered the foundation of national competitiveness and a fundamental virtue for public officials.

In particular, the 'immediate Q&A' session, where employees could ask questions and receive instant answers on matters they were curious about or found challenging, was met with great enthusiasm as it provided clear solutions to their concerns.

Following the integrity talk show, a special lecture was delivered by a professional instructor from the Integrity Training Center, focusing on the 'Code of Conduct for Public Officials,' which covered key topics such as prohibiting personal labor requests and eradicating unfair work orders to prevent misconduct in the public sector.

Additionally, performances such as mime, magic, and popera centered around the theme of integrity were held, offering employees, who may be physically and mentally exhausted from their daily duties, a chance to heal through cultural experiences.
