Gyeongnam Nonghyup conducted a ‘Food Safety Management Competency and Expertise Enhancement Training’ on the 4th at the conference room of the Haman Kaya Nonghyup Agricultural Product Distribution Center, targeting more than 130 food safety managers and sales personnel from agricultural and livestock cooperatives in Gyeongnam, Busan, and Ulsan.

The training covered topics such as ▲food safety management guidelines for each section ▲origin management ▲food hygiene guidance and inspection ▲major violation cases and other discussions, and efforts are being made to strengthen food safety management across the entire Nonghyup network.
Jo Geunsoo, head of Gyeongnam Nonghyup, stated, “With the recent rise in temperatures, the risk of food poisoning has increased, making the role of food safety managers more important than ever,” and added, “I ask everyone to do their utmost to create a safe and healthy food environment by thoroughly managing food safety, preventing food poisoning, and complying with food hygiene regulations.”
