POSCO E&C's 'Eco City The Sharp Phase 4' being built in Jeonju, Jeonbuk, closed its first-priority subscription with a competition rate of up to 970 to 1.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription homepage on the 5th, Eco City The Sharp Phase 4 received 67,687 subscription applications for 354 households (excluding special supply) during the first-priority subscription held the previous day, showing an average competition rate of 191.21 to 1. This is the highest competition rate ever recorded in Jeonju.
By exclusive area type, the 110㎡ unit attracted 970 applicants for 1 household, recording the highest competition rate of 970 to 1. This was followed by 161㎡ (309.50 to 1), 84㎡B (281.86 to 1), and 84㎡A (250.48 to 1).
A sales official said, "The interest was likely higher because the price ceiling system was applied and it is a follow-up The Sharp brand apartment to the previously supplied Phases 1 to 3," adding, "As this is the last complex supplied in The Sharp brand town, we will repay with a good product."
The complex will be located at 1317, Songcheon-dong 2-ga, Deokjin-gu, Jeonju (Eco City Block 16), consisting of 5 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 30 floors above ground, with a total of 576 households ranging from 84 to 161㎡ in exclusive area. Together with Phases 1 to 3, it will complete The Sharp brand town with a total of 2,646 households.
The winners will be announced on the 12th of this month, and the official contract period is from the 24th to the 27th. Move-in is scheduled for January 2027.
