Samsung C&T BEAKER Unveils Collaboration Product with 'Sounds Good'

Opening a Popup at Beaker Seongsu Flagship Store

Samsung C&T Fashion Division's 'Beaker' announced on the 4th that it has launched a collaboration collection with the record & lifestyle store 'Sounds Good' and opened a pop-up store at the Seongsu flagship store.

Sounds Good is a jazz-based record store that started its business in Yeonnam-dong in 2017. It engages in various activities such as diverse record selections, lifestyle collections based on music, event planning, and album production.

Beaker presented a collaboration collection capturing the sensibility of Sounds Good. Under the theme 'Seaside Lovers,' it embodies the wishes of the MZ generation who await summer for various reasons and look forward to memories, inspired by the dazzlingly sparkling sea, island travels, and the spreading red sunset.

The collection includes T-shirts, ball caps, tote bags, glassware, and mugs featuring Seaside Lovers exclusive graphics and typography from a summer music playlist as design points. The T-shirts, dyed using the tie-dye (holchigi dyeing method, which involves tying fabric with thread before dyeing) technique, showcase unique patterns and vibrant colors.

Additionally, the existing collection of Sounds Good, which highlights its identity rooted in jazz and record culture, is also included. This features T-shirts, caps, tote bags, and mugs utilizing logos, typography, and symbols such as jazz, jazz lover, and jazz cat.

The collaboration collection between Beaker and Sounds Good is sold not only at a separately arranged pop-up store inside the Beaker Seongsu flagship store, Cheongdam, and Hannam flagship stores but also through the fashion lifestyle specialty mall SSF Shop.
