ACE Global Income TOP10, Annual Distribution Rate 6.34%... No.1 Among Multi-Asset ETFs

Korea Investment Trust Management announced on the 4th that the annual distribution yield of the ACE Global Income TOP10 SOLACTIVE Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) ranked first among multi-asset ETF products.

According to Koscom ETF Check, as of the closing price on the 3rd, the annual distribution yield of the ACE Global Income TOP10 SOLACTIVE ETF was 6.34%, the highest among 20 dividend-type multi-asset ETFs listed domestically. Since its listing in July 2023, it has paid monthly distributions of 57 to 90 KRW per share, with an annual distribution totaling 679 KRW.

The ACE Global Income TOP10 SOLACTIVE ETF tracks the "Solactive Global Superior Income TOP 10 Price Return Index." It consists of the top 10 stocks with high dividend yields or consistent dividend payments among global equity and bond ETFs listed in the United States. By combining five equity ETFs and five bond ETFs based on distribution yield, it is a monthly dividend ETF product that offers the benefits of diversified investment.

As market uncertainty increases, investor interest in monthly dividend products that provide stable distributions has recently surged. The ACE Global Income TOP10 SOLACTIVE ETF is an asset allocation monthly dividend ETF product that can reduce volatility in various market environments, leading to continued inflows of net purchases from individual investors. Approximately 58% (10.6 billion KRW) of the ETF's total assets under management (AUM) of 18.2 billion KRW come from individual investors, and net buying by individual investors has been maintained on all but four days in May, sustaining its popularity.

The current components of the ACE Global Income TOP10 SOLACTIVE ETF include ▲Global X Nasdaq 100 Covered Call ETF ▲FlexShares High Yield Value-Scored Bond Index Fund ▲Global X Russell 2000 Covered Call ETF ▲BNY Mellon High Yield Beta ETF, among others.
