The Joint Chiefs of Staff announced on the 1st that North Korea is once again sending filth balloons toward South Korea.
The Joint Chiefs urged, "Citizens are advised to be cautious of falling cargo, and if you find any filth balloons, please do not touch them and report to the nearest military unit or police station."
North Korea sent filth attached to balloons southward on the 28th and 29th of last month, and about 260 were detected by our military.
