Korea Housing Finance Corporation Releases Recruitment Evaluation Criteria for New Employees in Advance

Announcement of Application Form and Interview Criteria Since Last Year

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, President Choi Junwoo) will disclose job aptitude statements, job competency statements, job descriptions, and evaluation criteria for application forms and interview screenings through a preliminary announcement for new employee recruitment.


HF, which will publicly recruit new employees in July, has been disclosing its evaluation criteria since last year to present objective and fair recruitment standards and to help applicants prepare for employment more smoothly.


To expand job seekers' right to information, HF has made it possible to check major changes in the recruitment process?such as the revised job aptitude statement for applications and the revised evaluation criteria for interviews?on the integrated recruitment website.


An HF official stated, "We are disclosing the revised job aptitude statement, job competency statement, job description, and interview evaluation criteria in advance so that applicants have ample time to prepare their applications and interviews," and added, "Through this preliminary announcement, which is part of our applicant-centered and empathetic recruitment, we hope to help job seekers prepare for employment and to recruit talent suitable for the corporation."


HF has been selected as an excellent institution for several years at competitions such as the 'Fair and Blind Recruitment Best Practices Contest' by operating a fair and empathetic recruitment system that actively listens to job seekers' opinions, and last year received the Presidential Citation for 'National Human Resources Development.'
