The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will host a 'Press Night' and a 'Gala Concert' locally to boost the atmosphere. On the 31st, Yong Hoseong, Director of the International Cultural Promotion Policy Office, stated, "We prepared customized events by utilizing the network established by the Korean Cultural Centre UK," adding, "We plan to comprehensively promote not only 'Marie Curie' but also excellent domestic original musicals." He further announced, "We will strengthen support to ensure that domestic original works actively advance overseas, centered on overseas Korean cultural centers."

'Marie Curie' was selected as the 'New Work of the Year' in the 2018 Performing Arts Creation Studio by the Korea Arts Council and received production support. The path to overseas expansion opened through a live screening event held by the Korean Cultural Centre Poland in 2021. It received favorable reviews from audiences and experts, leading to an invitation to the Warsaw Music Gardens Festival in Poland the following year, where it won the highest honor, the 'Golden Watering Can Award.'

Recognizing its potential, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism closely collaborated with the Korea Arts Council, Arts Management Support Center, overseas Korean cultural centers, and private performing arts organizations to lay the foundation for overseas expansion. They are supporting a successful performance by conducting promotional events ahead of the release.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will hold a full live screening of the Korean performance and a Q&A session with the audience at the Korean Cultural Centre UK the following day. On July 10, a Gala Concert will be held. Korean actors and British actors, including Ailsa Davidson who plays the role of Marie Curie, will perform together.
