'Big Sale' at 25 Commercial Areas in Suwon Region... Until Next Month 16

A big sale will be held in 25 commercial districts in the Suwon area until June 16.

The city of Suwon in Gyeonggi Province will hold a "Big Sale" event featuring discounts and promotions across 25 commercial districts in the Suwon area until June 16 to help revive the local economy.

On the 30th, Suwon City announced that 25 commercial districts within Suwon were selected for the "2024 Gyeonggi Revival Big Sale" contest project hosted by Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Market and Commercial District Promotion Agency, and will carry out an economic revitalization project.

This event includes participation from a total of 25 local commercial district organizations such as traditional markets and shopping streets like Suwon Nammun Market and Suwon Station Rodeo Street, alley-type shopping districts like Hwaseong Haenggung Merchants Association, and alley commercial community groups. Each district will hold various types of big sales including prize and receipt events, customer gift giveaways, flea markets, discount events, and special sales.

A Suwon City official stated, "This Gyeonggi Revival Big Sale event is a simultaneous and widespread event and sale held in 25 commercial districts within Suwon City," adding, "We expect it to help restore consumer sentiment and revitalize the local economy."
