AI Naepyeonjunggu, Integrated Platform Gathering All Jung-gu Administrative Services to Fully Launch in June
Install the Smartphone App and Speak Naturally in the Search Bar to Find Related Services
One-Stop Service from Finding Information Tailored to Me to Application
Jung-gu, Seoul will officially operate ‘AI Naepyeon Jung-gu,’ a service that provides customized administrative services using AI technology, starting June 1. After a pilot launch on February 29, it has been reorganized and improved.
‘AI Naepyeon Jung-gu’ is an integrated platform that gathers all services provided by Jung-gu. By installing the ‘AI Naepyeon Jung-gu’ app on a smartphone and searching for what you want to know, it smartly finds customized information. For example, if you search “I want to learn an instrument” in the search bar, it will search and show all instrument-related programs offered by public institutions in Jung-gu, including community centers, welfare centers, and libraries.
It is also useful because you can get information about the latest projects such as jobs, experiences, health, welfare, special lectures, and children’s programs conducted by Jung-gu all at once. You can apply immediately after searching without the hassle of separately contacting or visiting the responsible department. In particular, programs at community center autonomous halls, which previously required in-person applications only, can now be applied for online through ‘AI Naepyeon Jung-gu,’ raising residents’ expectations.
Also, by entering your information and interests in the ‘Find Customized Projects’ menu, it instantly selects and shows programs that match your conditions. If you save “My Customized Conditions” in My Page, you can receive notifications when related projects are registered.
To commemorate the full launch of ‘AI Naepyeon Jung-gu,’ Jung-gu will hold an event from June 1 to August 31. Three hundred residents who rate the AI Naepyeon Jung-gu app, write reviews, or post about AI Naepyeon Jung-gu on SNS will be selected by lottery to receive an iced Americano.
In addition, residents who register their move to Jung-gu after June 1, install the AI Naepyeon Jung-gu app, and apply for customized notifications can receive souvenirs at their local community center. Detailed information can be found on AI Naepyeon Jung-gu.
