Daehan Shipping announced on the 29th that it has decided to transfer four of its tangible assets, ultra-large crude oil carriers (VLCC), to THE NATIONAL SHIPPING COMPANY OF SAUDI ARABIA.
The transfer amount is 630.88 billion KRW, which corresponds to 13.34% of the total assets (4.7278 trillion KRW) in the previous fiscal year.
The company stated, "We plan to improve our financial structure and secure liquidity through this transfer of tangible assets."
