The Safety Management Expert Advisory Committee, which began in 2021, is responsible for diagnosing and advising on all aspects of disaster safety management. Its purpose is to strengthen the capabilities of Gyeongbuk Technopark, and every year, it ensures a thorough safety management system for disaster response.
Gyeongbuk TP appoints experts affiliated with the government, private institutions, and universities as advisory committee members, enabling specialized consultation in five areas: safety, public security, law, health, and laboratory management.
The meeting shared the current status of occupational health and safety management and provided an opportunity to exchange and integrate the knowledge and experience of experts from various fields.
The committee reviewed Gyeongbuk TP's occupational health and safety management system, compliance with safety and health laws, and prevention of major accidents, and discussed practical safety measures, contributing to the establishment of an effective safety system.
