An Byunggu, the mayor of Miryang, Gyeongnam, announced on the 29th that he visited the site of the mobile agricultural machinery repair training conducted by the Agricultural Technology Center in Maehwa Village, Sangdong, on the 28th, as the busy farming season begins. He checked the progress of the repairs and encouraged the staff involved.

On this day, Mayor An listened to the difficulties faced by residents during the farming season and carefully reviewed the issues raised. In particular, after hearing from residents that elderly farmers are unable to drive and therefore cannot bring their broken machinery to the repair center?having to wait only for the mobile repair team?Mayor An requested that plans to expand the mobile repair training be considered and that maximum support be provided to ensure timely farming operations.

Mayor An said, "This on-site inspection was very meaningful as I was able to meet farmers in person and listen to various opinions," adding, "Through the mobile service, we will resolve inconveniences for farmers, strengthen safety education, and provide close support to prevent agricultural machinery accidents and ensure timely farming."

Meanwhile, the Miryang mobile agricultural machinery repair training will be operated for 82 villages in the area until December 4.
