AI Math Tutor First Unveiled... Naver Cloud Participates in Future Education Expo

Naver Cloud announced that it will participate in the "2024 Korea Glocal Future Education Expo," held from the 29th to the 2nd of next month, showcasing various educational innovation cases including an artificial intelligence (AI) tutor.

Under the slogan "A New Standard for Future Education," Naver Cloud will introduce various cases where its technology is applied in education at its booth located in International Hall D of the expo venue. These include ▲the industry's first 'HyperCLOVA X AI Tutor' equipped with a large language model (LLM) ▲the 'AI Platform School Support Comprehensive Resource Room' based on HyperCLOVA X ▲an experience zone for prompts related to educational tasks using the super-large AI development tool 'CLOVA Studio' ▲and demonstrations of future classroom lessons utilizing Whale Book and Whale Space.

In particular, the expo will unveil for the first time the scenario of the math-specialized AI tutor, 'HyperCLOVA X AI Tutor.' The 'HyperCLOVA X AI Tutor' is a tutor service developed in compliance with Naver’s AI digital textbook business policy, built on Naver’s super-large AI HyperCLOVA X. It analyzes each learner’s individual level and comprehension to provide a personalized learning experience. A distinctive feature is its integration of generative AI technology, which offers context-appropriate answers following the flow of conversation.

Additionally, an experience zone applying AI to actual educational tasks will be operated, featuring a question bank and a student counseling AI assistant using CLOVA Studio. This allows visitors to see how AI enhances work efficiency in educational settings.
