On the 28th, the Anti-Corruption Crime Investigation Unit of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced that it had searched the office of the Seocho Police Station in relation to an employee of the Seocho Police Station's Audit and Inspection Office who is suspected of violating the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act.

The search and seizure reportedly concluded around 2:10 PM that day.
