Productivity Headquarters Supports 'Wage System Reform Consulting' for Small and Medium Shipbuilding Companies

Providing Customized Consulting for Businesses

KPC Korea Productivity Center announced on the 28th that it is recruiting companies to participate in the "Industry-specific Wage System Reform Consulting" organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

This project provides customized consulting for companies in the shipbuilding, automotive parts, and petrochemical industries to establish a fair and rational wage system tailored to the characteristics of each industry and company.

The Productivity Center will diagnose the wage systems of selected companies specializing in the shipbuilding industry, provide wage system design suitable for the characteristics of each company, and offer post-management for actual application. Additionally, through wage system improvement forums, it plans to share best practices for wage system improvements and create networking opportunities for participating companies.
