'Social Media, Filling with Smiles' Campaign
Using Algorithms to Spread Positive Content

LG Electronics announced on the 28th that it will launch the 'Optimism your feed' campaign, which spreads positive content online through algorithms.


This campaign is an extension of LG Electronics' brand philosophy campaign 'Life's Good' and involves creating a playlist of 25 short-form contents featuring globally influential influencers with strong impact on future generations. The playlist will be released through global social media channels such as YouTube and TikTok.


The videos, produced together with AI ethicist Professor Casey Fiesler, YouTuber Josh Harmon with 6.3 million followers, and YouTuber Tina Choi with 3.8 million followers, cover various themes including hope and motivation for life.

On the 7th (local time), LG Electronics introduced the campaign promotional video through outdoor advertising in Times Square, New York, USA, and from the 29th, the video will also be released online via LG Electronics' YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
